For the second time in two weeks, Florida's Gulf Coast is bracing for the impact of a major hurricane. In a matter of hours on Monday, Hurricane Milton went from a Category 1 storm into a Category 4, packing top sustained winds of 150 mph. The rapidly intensifying cyclone is spinning in the Southwestern Gulf of Mexico and drifting to the east.
