Emad Ali was last spotted in his Toronto stomping grounds sometime around Oct. 7.

He added: “There are a lot of dope dealers operating in the GTA all fighting for a piece of a shrinking pie, whereas places like the Niagara Region, Thunder Bay and other places can be quickly turned into monopolies — through violence.”Detectives believe Ali was murdered in November and that presaged more violence.

He pleaded down and got 90 days in the slammer.
