Brampton food delivery driver Gurvinder Nath, 24, would go on a job from which he would not return.
Peel Regional Police say Nath was sent to drop off food in the area of Britannia and Creditview roads at around 2:10 a.m. on July 9. Instead of collecting the cash and moving on, the incident turned into a violent carjacking.
Lunatics confronted Nath and tried to steal his vehicle, a fight ensued and the driver was left with critical injuries at the side of the road.
