Naomi Biden will marry her fiancé Peter Neal on the South Lawn of the White House just one day before the president celebrates his 80th birthday and two days after GOP leaders published an interim report containing serious allegations against her father.
Hunter Biden's visit to the White House comes amid a renewed push to investigate him and any involvement his father may have had in business affairs. President Biden has always denied being involved with his son's businesses. Republican Representative James Comer, who is expected to become chair of the House Oversight and Reform Committee in the next, said at a press conference on Thursday that the GOP had found"evidence that the finances, credit cards and bank accounts of Hunter and Joe Biden were commingled, if not shared."
