About 14,560 people were without electricity on Wednesday morning, a majority of whom are in Fortuna, Rio Dell and Ferndale, said a spokesperson for Pacific Gas & Electric.
More than 3 million people were notified by phone early Tuesday of a 6.4 magnitude earthquake that shook Northern California.
