“What an incredible journey,” Hugh Freeze tweeted about Liberty Tuesday morning. “Today, I will watch with some sadness to not be there as our guys go for their 4th straight bowl win... Go get 4!!! I will be cheering hard from The Plains.”
The Flames will be led by interim coach Josh Aldridge after Freeze took Auburn’s head coaching job.
