A growing furniture retailer is planning a new distribution center southwest of Dallas inHome Zone Furniture operates almost two dozen stores in Dallas-Fort Worth and other Texas markets, including its newest local location in Allen.
Home Zone Furniture plans to start construction this summer on a more than 740,000-square-foot distribution building in Midlothian, according to planning documents filed with the state. The almost $44 million project on Highway 287 is set to open in summer 2024.
