The 3300 Olympus building is almost ready for tenants in the mixed-use development northwest of Dallas. Insperity Services LP, which provides human resources and payroll support services to companies nationwide, is planning to open a new Dallas-area service center in the building.Insperity plans to occupy 37,000 square feet starting late this year, according to planning documents filed with the state. Houston-based Kirksey Architecture is designing the new space.
Based in Kingwood outside Houston, Insperity has more than 90 offices nationwide. It already has local operations in Irving and Far North Dallas.is developer Billingsley Co.’s latest addition to the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters development near the northeast corner of Belt Line Road and LBJ Freeway.The 3300 Olympus building is the first phase of a three-building campus surrounding a large park.
