Round 1: Red Light, Green Light
– I cannot imagine Netflix has the mechanical capabilities to accurately gauge which of 456 players are moving slightly and then immediately shoot them with paintballs or something to knock them out. Also no one is going to running away in fear like they were on the show.– This was where you cut out the shapes of the cookies, which is a pretty iconic Squid Game game, and yet without the fear of being shot, I’m not sure this is exactly going to be terribly compelling TV.
So far, Netflix has not indicated what games the show will do, and I feel like this is mainly going to be about the aesthetic as you know they’ll have the big doll girl and guys with the symbol masks and stuff. But will it be any more interesting or entertaining than say, Ninja Warrior or MXC? I really doubt it.
