Compared to May 2013, the average sale price for all houses and condos in York Centre has increased 137.9 per cent, including a $720,890 gain for detached houses, a $713,344 gain for semi-detached houses, a $629,000 gain for attached houses, a $531,083 gain for townhouse-style condos and a $202,200 gain for apartment-style condos.
