This, along with the black fingertips on the corpse that the Darkhold-influenced Scarlet Witch exhibited in her most recent appearance, hints heavily that Wanda herself will reappear in the show.
Evidently, this is not what will transpire in Agatha All Along. Instead, Agatha and her coven appear to be undertaking the supernatural challenges of the Witch's Road with decidedly terrifying results. Nevertheless, with what appears to be Wanda's corpse and the knowledge that she is dead in mind, the show may be poised to feature Wanda's spirit in lieu of Agatha's. Alternatively, Wanda may only be mentioned and not revived.
