Glasgow Airport are offering free parking for the momentous day
Glasgow Airport is offering visitors free parking to see the world's largest passenger plane touch down in the city.
To accommodate excited plane fanatics wanting to catch a glimpse of the aircraft, which will land on Sunday, March 26, the airport is offering visitors six hours of free parking at the long-stay car park from 11am.and departure, which will be limited to specific areas around the perimeter of the airfield.
to put various measures in place to ensure both the safety of visitors and to minimise congestion on both the airport’s road network and surrounding roads.Please keep to the pavements or grass areas if viewing the aircraft from the perimeter. Climbing aides are not permitted and please do not attempt to climb the fence. Airport security and police will be stationed around the perimeter of the airfield.
