I did flash when he said that. I was like, Hmm. I think I want a little Steve-o and a little Rev. angel. I want a little more of both in my life.Ideally you'd be able to, to turn it on and turn it off. You know, I wish that there was a switch where I could be productive and feel good and secure and then say, okay, now I can clock out. But I just don't have that switch. Maybe do it more and see if, uh, doing it more brings more comfort. Um, and if not, uh, maybe look at other things that you can do.Yeah, listening to Stan, I pictured like being in a public radio station bathroom and like the pep talks I have had to give myself in a mirror before hosting a live talk show and how like that fear, that feeling of like, ugh, like if I could run away, I would have, and then how I was glad that I pushed through, um, with the pep talk in front of the mirror.
