The majority of video game movie adaptations are known for having heavy amounts of CGI due, but Gran Turismo is much easier to bring to life for real thanks to its core concept.
Most Of Gran Turismo's Racing Scenes Were Filmed Practically It is confirmed that Gran Turismo filmed a lot of its racing scenes practically. Sony's video game movie was able to use real race cars to bring the racing sequences to life and frequently put various members of the Gran Turismo cast inside the high-speed vehicles. This included having the real Jann Mardenborough serve as the stunt driver for Archie Madekwe.
