The 36-year-old thanks her grandma for teaching her thoughtful skin-care practices. “One thing that I have always done is spend a lot more on my skin care than my makeup,” she says. Next, she massages aacross her cheeks, subsequently soothing her tense jaw. “Self-care is super important to me, and skin care is a part of that. I'm very open about how I've struggled with mental health,” she says, attributing recent anxiety to being quarantined at home for so long and having a baby.
