Some parts of Houston got hit with 4 inches of rain on Tuesday
, and it looks like more will be on the way on Wednesday. Harris County and 17 other counties in southeast Texas are under a flood watch that will continue until Wednesday evening. The National Weather Service in League City warned that places that already saw significant rain are at a higher risk of flooding during this second round of storms.More rain was forecasted to start Tuesday night and continue into Wednesday morning.
SE Texas remains under a Moderate Risk of Excessive Rainfall late tonight through Wednesday Evening. The Flood Watch has been expanded to include Jackson and Matagorda counties. Do not drive through flooded roadways!
