Two of Santee's victims are a couple in their 60s shot to death during a case of mistaken identity.
Juwan James Davis will serve 25 years in federal prison and is ordered to register as a sex offender upon completion of his prison term.HOUSTON — A Houston man will spend more than two decades behind bars for trafficking a middle school girl and branding her with his initials.
The victim told investigators Davis would drive her to hotels so she could engage in sex with customers and when she was done, he should pick her up and take the money. The victim also told investigators that Davis gave her drugs and made her get a tattoo with his initials. "The phone contained several pictures of the victim, some of which were used in the Backpage ads," the U.S. Attorney's Office said."There were also pictures of the 7th grader with a tattoo of Davis’ initials on her buttocks."
