She told NBC4 that the noise was particularly alarming because her family doesn't own a dog. But when she went to investigate the sound, she was absolutely stunned by what she found. Once on the scene, police promptly arrested Hixton and charged her with burglary. However, an affidavit filed in Franklin County Municipal Court stated that Hixton insisted she had good intentions for her bizarre actions.
