One way we can do this is by ensuring we have prosecutors who will enforce our laws.officers woke up, put on their uniforms, said goodbye to their families, and tragically never came home. Included in this list are 60 officers who were shot in the line of duty. Another 20 died in car accidents.
Tragically, liberal progressives and their financial backers, including George Soros, have taken terrible incidents, such as the murder of George Floyd, which was roundly condemned by law enforcement, and weaponized these incidents to make the public believe law enforcement is our enemy, not our ally.
Bipartisan majorities have rejected the Soros-backed idea of defunding the police because regular Americans know it will make their communities less safe, and crime will increase. As a result, these radical progressives know now that they can’t defund the police through legislatures, so instead, they are trying to constrain police by recruiting and electing prosecutors who refuse to enforce the laws that are in place.
