Team P.E.I.'s Arden Hopkin won a bronze medal in archery at the Canada Games March 3 in Charlottetown. Congratulations, Arden!
Hopkin thanked his family, friends, coaches and teammates who supported him during the competition.
Archery was a Canada Games summer sport from 1977 to 1997. It returned in 2003 as a winter sport. Abram-Village's Kristen Arsenault won silver at the Games in 2019 in Red Deer, Alta., representing the Island’s first medal in the sport at the multi-sport competition.He came into the day ranked sixth and had to face third seed from Ontario.
