Ideal for a spring mini-break

Jet2 is adding two extra flights from Glasgow Airport to Rome in the spring of 2024 to help rugby fans make the trip to watch Italy vThe additional services will be on Friday, March 8 and Monday, March 11 to perfectly time a long weekend in the Italian capital for the fixture, which takes place on Saturday, March 9, 2024.

These are two of 16 flights being added to airports across the country, and the Glasgow services are in addition to existing services departing on Monday and Friday.Even those not travelling for rugby can enjoy the extra flights to explore the many sights of Rome including the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Sistine Chapel.

"Following the publication of the 2024 fixtures this week, we have already seen strong demand, so we have acted fast to provide customers and independent travel agents with even more choice. "Whether it’s a flight with Jet2.com or a city break with Jet2CityBreaks, we have a superb programme on sale to Rome for the 2024 Six Nations and we expect seats to sell very quickly.”
