The Hoka Half Marathon 2022 is returning to Jackson Park, causing road closures along DuSable Lake Shore Drive on the city's South Side.Barricades are already up near Jackson Park for the Chicago Half Marathon set to kick off at 7 a.m. with the 5k starting at 7:45 a.m.
