Herman Cain said Wednesday he had no plans to withdraw from consideration for a seat on the Federal Reserve Board, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. While President Donald Trump has not sent Cain's nomination to Capitol Hill, several Senate Republicans have already said they would not support him. That means the former CEO of a pizza company, and candidate for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, would need support from Democrats to be confirmed.
