BTS skipped out on the 2019 MTV VMAs, probably due to the extended break their on.
The company asked BTS fans to respect the boys' privacy during their time of rest and relaxation. The statement also said the boys would be taking time to"enjoy the ordinary lives of young people in their 20s."
BTS's VMA nominations weren't without controversy. Fans thought that MTV's new"Best K-pop" category was a way to justify shutting the boy band out of the award show's biggest categories.is set to premiere on Aug 27, so for now that's all the ARMY is focused on. There's no word on when BTS will make their official comeback, but we're hoping it's soon.
