Black Sheep recommends that restaurant owners put stringent hygiene practices in place.

It also recommends that this policy be extended to anyone who visits the restaurant, including delivery people, for example. Consider asking customers to sign a form confirming they haven't been infected in the past 14 daysPart of Black Sheep's protocol is asking customers to sign its so-called Health Declaration Form.
