'I had to stop for five minutes and reflect on the last four years or so since we opened'
The festive card was handed to the owner of Panache One in the village of Poynton, near Stockport. Owner Gary McCabe posted a picture of the thoughtful message to the restaurant's Facebook page, initially sharing that he was worried about what was inside the envelope following a challenging few years for the hospitality industry.
