Like out of a movie, the pram slowing rolls towards the roadway – in which an 18-wheeler is seen passing by – as the woman struggles to get up, collapses again, and appears frozen on the pavement. But like a Hollywood hero, a man races from the right side of the camera to stop the stroller while a second man helps the woman back on her feet.
“I heard a lady screaming while I was on my way to the stroller and she had fallen down twice,” Ronald Nessman, the man who saved the baby, told
