Prince Harry and Meghan Markle want royal apology, sources say
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to want an apology from the Royal Family, following one given to charity organiser Ngozi Fulani after she was racially insulted last month.
Yesterday, Ms Fulani received a personal apology from Lady Susan, confirmed in a statement by Buckingham Palace, as the royal offered "sincere apologies for the comments and the distress they caused", and the pair were pictured together smiling afterwards. An insider told The Sunday Times: “Nothing like that was ever done when Harry and Meghan raised various concerns — no meeting, formal apology or taking responsibility or accountability.This wanted apology comes after concluding episodes of Harry and Meghan’s Netflix documentary series dropped on Thursday 15 December.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reportedly invited to the coronation of King Charles III next May, and hope to have a “reconciliation meeting” with the monarch before then.
