Central Dauphin began its search for a new superintendent in December. Starting in January, the District collected community feedback and worked with outside experts to find candidates. After reviewing all of the information, the Board of Directors decided that Turman was the best candidate. If Turman is appointed as Central Dauphin's new superintendent, the Harrisburg School District said Friday in a press release that it will share information with the community about next steps.
