The Harrisburg native, who now stands at 6-foot-2, 197-pounds, will be traveling to Lubbock, Texas for the USA Boxing Nationals on December 5.in the nation. The 176-plus class is the heavyweight of the junior men division. Sims, who has strong religious beliefs and leans on his faith to keep himself humble, told PennLive he’s looking forward to competing at nationals.
