Hollywood actor Scott Baio says he's leaving California after more than four decades, saying the state's crime, high taxes, and homelessness continues to go unaddressed.
Baio, who is perhaps most famous for playing Chachi on "Happy Days" before starring in "Charles in Charge," said fellow Californians wouldn't "miss his ‘right wing' views.".
