The Alberta plan, announced by provincial Environment Minister Sonya Savage on Wednesday, relies heavily on “large-scale” carbon capture, utilization, and storage projects.

Most Canadians don’t see how they can reduce their carbon emissions in response to increases in the carbon tax. They can’t shorten their commute to work or the drive to their kids’ school or the distance to their kids’ hockey or soccer practices.Article content
