The Norbreck Castle Hotel saw guests pack their bags and leave shortly after checking in
Guests saying in one of Blackpool's most infamous hotels has slammed the establishment for having 'beds like bricks', packing their bags and leaving shortly after checking in.
Located towards Blackpool's North Shore, the hotel has a collective rating of two out five on the review site. Of over 8,200 reviews, only 567 rate the hotel as 'excellent' while 5,000 slam the hotel with 'poor' and 'terrible' reviews.One of the more recent reviews was left by a traveller who visited the hotel in March 2023. The guest, Nigel L, left a damning review of his stay. He says staff told him all beds in the hotel were the same, so upped and left.
"This year new carpets, freshly painted rooms and restaurant. Food is decent, tasty and always hot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Keep it up Norbreck."
