“So, there’s literal green sludge bubbling up from the ground next to World Trade Center right now,” the caption reads. “People are walking through it casually, sometimes a small crowd gathers around and stares at it,” Pantelo points out in a separate post. Someone made a point of pointing out on Pantelo’s post that what he captured was water full of green dye. The dye is frequently used by plumbers and is a harmless fluorescent dye used to detect leaks in plumbing and sewage systems.November 2, 2023
