Need all of the green things right now
My new favorite sandwich by far! For the dressing: I add in a ton of herbs from the garden . Do yourself a favor and quadruple the dressing recipe. Use it later on a salad or just everything. It is soooo good. I make this sandwich using whatever greens are available at the farmers market. I've used microgreens, pea shoots in place of the sprouts. Spinach,Spring mix in place of the lettuce. Mozz, cucumber, avocado Soft/nutty/wheaty bread, and the dressing stays the same.
Great and very filling sandwich!!! Good option for a vegetarian or if you are just trying to eat more greensGreat meatless alternative for lunch. I was able to stretch this recipe for 3 sandwich’s without any problems.
