Gov. Mike DeWine will hold a news conference on East Palestine with members of his cabinet at 10:45 a.m.

. As of Thursday, it was near Gallipolis, Ohio, and on its way to Huntington, West Virginia.

Testing results show the chemical is well below what's considered a hazardous level. Greater Cincinnati Water Works does not expect the plume to affect local drinking water because it can close intakes temporarily and treat the water.. Those with private water supplies are encouraged to drink bottled water and get their wells tested.
