Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that he is resigning as governor of New York on Tuesday morning as a sexual harassment case against him builds. He will step aside in 14 days. DeRosa said they were unprepared for the COVID pandemic at every level, referencing Dr. Anthony Fauci saying in a Jan. 26 interview that COVID "is not something the public needs to be worried about."
