The former Missouri governor's new campaign video comes as he faces allegations of domestic abuse against his wife and child.
New allegations against the former governor of Missouri, who is now running in the state's open Senate race, emerged last week. His ex-wife, Sheena Greitens, accused him of assaulting her and their child in an affidavit obtained by the Associated Press on Monday., fearing he could become a liability during the general election, called on him to exit the race.
"I want to tell you directly, Karl Rove and Mitch McConnell. Hear me now. You are disgusting cowards, and we are coming for you," he can be seen saying."We are no longer going to allow you to attack me and attack my kids—to destroy this country." He dismissed the allegations as"RINO attacks," claiming Rove, who previously served as former President's chief of staff, was"directly involved" in creating the attacks and sent the information to people who work for McConnell.
