A group of Republican Senators are set to introduce a bill that will increase sanctions on the Taliban as the terrorist group expands after the U.S. left Afghanistan.

The legislation, titled the Taliban Sanctions Act, will be introduced by Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, along with eighteen GOP Senators.
