Youngsters were recognized for their creative innovations in engineering at an event held at the Riverside Museum on Wednesday, February 22.

The STEM the Flow Engineering Challenge was open to pupils from Primary 6 through to third year Secondary from Glasgow, Inverclyde, North and South Lanarkshire, East and West Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.Students from 12 schools showcased their projects to guests, fellow participants, and the public as part of the charity KeepThe projects were judged in five categories with each winner receiving a trophy fashioned out of reclaimed marine plastic.

Teacher Fiona Harkess said:"This joint effort was a great opportunity for the secondary pupils to further the learning of the primary pupils and work together to think about tackling the Climate Crisis.
