A Glaswegian chef is set to show off his skills on the newest series of MasterChef: The Professionals.
He was the Chef de Partie at three-time Michelin Star restaurant Waterside Inn, and Michelin Star establishment Peat Inn. The Chef Patron began cooking from a young age, saying: "I started making myself and my family dinner and fell in love with cooking, now I really enjoy making people happy in my restaurant.”
"Thomas Keller, his French Laundry book was the best thing I had ever seen when I started cooking. I also follow the work of David Chang as I love the Momofuku restaurants and what they do - taking on loads of different styles of food and putting them together.”
