The girl is understood to be in a stable condition
Hero witnesses desperately tried to save a little girl, aged 6, as she was attacked by a pack of five dogs on a Greater Manchester street yesterday.
Video of the horrific incident seen by The Mirror shows five American bully dogs attack the child as she laid on the floor. Blood can be seen on the floor where the girl was, as the dogs disperse. The child was rushed to hospital by ambulance, where she remains in a stable condition. Greater Manchester Police said they arrested three people on suspicion of owning a dangerous dog, who have now been released on bail.
One man, who asked not to be named, told the Mirror: "I have seen two big dogs on the street a lot, they are American Bullys. It's scary that this has happened here. She was just playing out and then this has happened to the poor little girl."
