In a heartwarming story, 9-year-old Bourbon, a bloodhound, made a triumphant return from retirement, securing his third Hound Group win. Archer, a 7-year-old Skye terrier, captured the Terrier Group title, marking a special farewell to the show ring as it was the dog's last competition. Other group winners included Comet, a Shih Tzu, Neal, a Bichon Frise, Mercedes, a German Shepherd, and Freddie, an English Springer Spaniel.The 2025 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show also witnessed the return of the traditional format after being held at the Javits Center during the COVID-19 pandemic. The agility and obedience competitions took place at the Javits Center, while the group competition and Best in Show were held at their iconic venue, Madison Square Garden.
