Gavin Lux and Miguel Vargas hit home runs and the Dodgers got their first win of the Cactus League schedule, beating the Cleveland Guardians, 6-2, on Wednesday afternoon at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Ariz.Left-hander Clayton Kershaw faced 10 batters and threw 37 pitches in 2-1/3 innings in his second spring start. Kershaw ran into some trouble in the second inning. A walk, a single, a wild pitch and a double resulted in the Guardians’ only runs of the game. Kershaw struck out four.
