Joyce Vianney Krou, last seen by relatives on April 5, could be in Ottawa, police said Wednesday.
Joyce Vianney Krou was seen for the last time around 3 p.m. on April 5, when she left her residence in the Rivière-Blanche district of Gatineau on foot, police added.
Krou was described as a dark-skinned individual standing five feet six inches tall and weighing about 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
