Oklahoma cold case detectives believe they may have identified a woman drawn tied up and gagged by the Kansas serial killer Dennis Rader, also known as BTK.
Cynthia Dawn Kinney in a black-and-white photo from 1976. She was last seen wearing bluejeans and a peach blouse, leaving the Osage Laundromat and entering a beige Plymouth with two women in 1976. In January, a renewed investigation into her disappearance led investigators to label serial killer Dennis Rader, also known as BTK, the"prime suspect."

The BTK serial killer is known for keeping detailed journals and sketches. Rader is also a potential suspect in the Garber case, however, Howard says there's not enough evidence to file charges – and there's another credible suspect on her list, too.
