With demand growing for hip-hop and R&B artists to headline festivals and produce their own events, Billboard has added two artist-focused panels to"The Evolution of Artist-Curated Festivals" is scheduled for Nov. 5 at 11 a.m. and looks at how promoters and artists are shifting from big-ticket events to smaller, artist-specific festivals. The "Future of Hip-Hop and R&B" is scheduled for Nov. 6 at 2:45 p.m.
