Colin has been forced to park on the street outside his home which has left his car damaged 🚗
A livid Lanarkshire dad is in a dispute with North Lanarkshire Council after a 1ft high kerb has left him unable to park in his own driveway.
He said: “The council and their contractors have constructed a path up to the new school, which is fine, but the kerb outside my house is a foot high which means there’s absolutely no way I can put either myself, my wife or my son’s car into our drive without them being damaged. “I spoke to one councillor who told me to seek legal advice. Why should I have to pay for a lawyer when I have done absolutely nothing wrong and someone else has made a mess of it?”
