In all, nine people were killed in the Dayton shooting -- only hours after another another gunman ultimately left 22 people dead 1,500 miles away in El Paso, Texas. Arrangements for 22-year-old Megan Betts, the sister of the suspected shooter in the Ohio shooting, have not yet been made public. Connor Betts, 24, was identified by police as the shooter there. Megan Betts was among the first victims shot to death, according to Dayton police chief Richard Biehl.
