Los Angeles and Orange counties will see some cloud cover Friday morning, clearing by the afternoon to sunny skies and a high of 69 degrees. Some showers are expected Saturday afternoon and evening, and then again Sunday, but no more than a quarter-inch. The valleys and the Inland Empire can expect similar conditions with a high of 71 on Friday. Temperatures will cool to the low 60s over the weekend.Mountain communities could see a high of 54, dropping to 43 on Saturday. Light snow will fall starting Saturday at elevations over 7,000 feet.
Deserts will see a high of 72 degrees on Friday with a chance of showers over the weekend, and winds blowing up sand on Sunday.Skiers, snowboarders enjoy the fresh snow after recent SoCal storms
